These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Soundtrack Loops governing your access to and use of the SoundtrackLoops.com website (the “Site”), including purchases, subscriptions, memberships, accounts, communications, and related services (the “Services”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement (EULA).
IMPORTANT: By completing a purchase or subscription checkout, you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions and the EULA.
1. The Services
Soundtrack Loops provides access to royalty-free audio products, sample libraries, music tools, downloadable content, and membership-based services including Studio+ (collectively, the “Services”). Certain Services may be offered as one-time purchases or on a recurring subscription basis and may include exclusive content, discounts, early access, or bundled benefits.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
2. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All Site content—including text, graphics, branding, layout, interface design, previews, software, and code—is owned by or licensed to Soundtrack Loops and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written consent.
3. Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
4. Technical Requirements
Use of the Services requires compatible devices, software, and internet access. You are solely responsible for any associated costs. Soundtrack Loops does not guarantee compatibility with all systems or third-party software.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Studio+
Some Services, including Studio+ memberships and subscription products, are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Soundtrack Loops and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval disclosed at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by you. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to subscription benefits until that period ends. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry billing, suspend access, or terminate the subscription until payment is successfully processed.
6. Changes to Membership Benefits
Studio+ and other membership benefits, pricing, included content, and promotional offerings may change over time. Changes may include additions, removals, substitutions, or restructuring of benefits. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not revoke licensed content already obtained under the EULA.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to content and membership benefits, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of Soundtrack Loops.
8. Termination & Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the EULA, or applicable laws. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soundtrack Loops, its owners, licensors, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Soundtrack Loops makes no warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy, Email & SMS Communications
Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional and service-related emails. If you opt in, you may also receive SMS/text messages related to your account, Studio+ membership, or promotions. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soundtrack Loops regarding use of the Site and Services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado.
