Soundtrack Loops intros Hyper Pop Loops & One-Shots. Soundtrack Loops and Dylan Swirkel (Melodic Techno, Tech House Punch, Drum ‘n’ Bass Synths), present Hyper Pop, a tight collection of machine-tooled sounds featuring glistening motifs for both instrumental and vocal music. Dylan’s wide-ranging production skills encompass solid concepts in EDM, IDM, techno, house, breakbeat, and drum ‘n’ bass as well as cinematic and experimental music forms. From razor-sharp sliced and diced events to sprawling organic fields of sound, everything fits together in a rich and clear signature space that is consistently pleasing no matter how hard the music gets. Hyper Pop kicks off with a nice group of 808 basslines with variations both smooth and squelchy. The bone-dry beats (160-180 BPM) include both mixed and individual instrument loops. Some guitars come next, and then we encounter the synths folder, which is where the lion’s share of this collection lives. This is where the actual pop music happens, across 101 loops featuring lead lines, arpeggios, melodic themes and more. Here as well, we run the gamut from smooth (pop!) to something approaching the intensity of a happy hardcore vibe. A smattering of vocoded effects and a nice group of one shots round out this collection of 41 samples, making Hyper Pop a flexible and high-value idea factory for your loops and samples locker.
