Hi Yuk1,
You may use any program or VST you like to create a remix, you are not required to just use FL studio, YOu may use Ableton, FL Studio, Acid, Garageband, Logic, Cubase, sonar.. Which ever you like and are comfortable using as well as any VSTs. hope this answers your question. Best of luck!
